Ama Papa exists to help Single Dad's to bounce back from a break-up and to find a happy and healthy future.
We're huge advocates of looking after yourself, looking after your kids and where a good relationship can be built, looking after your ex. After all, she's the mother of your children and the better your relationship with her, the better the lives of your children and yourselves.
Break-ups are always hard, far more so when kids are involved. And when a Single Dad is faced with being separated from his children it's a battle to survive. There's so many pitfalls and challenges for Single Dad's and these take their toll on a man's mental health, physical health, emotional health and financial health.
Just like any battle we want our soldiers to be at their best.
Ama Papa was created by a Single Dad - me - because I've been through a really difficult time when this happened to me. I've found a way to make a new, happy life as a Single Dad. And now I want to help - and unite - other Single Dad's who are going through the same. That's why, along with a fellow Single Dad and great friend, I created Ama Papa. To help other Single Dads.
